1. Processing Time

We know you want your snacks fast! All orders placed before [12:00 PM] are processed and packed on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your parcel status directly on the courier’s website.

4. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier will usually leave a note or attempt delivery again. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed status, a re-delivery fee may apply.
